Hola padres! The scholars and I have been enjoying this week as we have been learning the different words in Spanish for family members as well as how to describe and talk about them. There is quite a bit to cover, so the unit will most likely continue after Spring Break. We will cover what we can before then.
As for our country study this month, we are learning about Uruguay, the second smallest country in South America. We have also discussed the remaining countries in the continent and discussed what our study would be of them depending on weather or not Spanish is their official language.
